Project Management

We strongly believe that the efficient use of resources can only be achieved by comprehensive project management and each project is awarded a dedicated project manager.

The ever decreasing lead times combined with greater complexity of projects can only be achieved by having a detailed and up to date reports on each project. Reporting frequency can be daily, weekly or monthly as required.

This information can then be provided to customers when required and also enables us to make adjustments in accordance with the dynamics of each project as they evolve.
