Our 3-Axis CNC Machines are our staple equipment designed to accurately profile most complex geometries. As with all our machines, we can machine most materials - from plastics to steel - and also more specialised materials on demand.

5-AXIS MACHINING CENTRES
5-Axis CNC Machines have become industry leading technology due to their ability to overcome virtually any complex geometry while achieving state-of-the-art finished work-pieces.
These machines includes two additional modes of rotation, allowing planar rotation and tilting during operation. This reduces unnecessary re-positioning; granting the ability to profile undercuts, achieve higher precision surfaces and improve turn-around time.
All our machines also have in-process inspection to ensure quality components during the whole cycle.

CNC LATHES
For turning operations, tubular shapes or products with cylindrical profiles, our CNC Lathes are your perfect partners to achieve precision concentricity.

HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTRES
For high volume production, we have horizontal 4-axis CNC machining solutions which boast enormous capacity. With a 10-pallet interchangeable racking system and a 146 automatic tool swap-out, these machines are capable of continuous operation 24/7 while producing multiple components during its process cycle.
In addition to milling operations, our machines are also capable of measuring parts in-process without unloading the workpiece. This allows for in-situ quality inspections and process monitoring.

MULTI-TASKING MACHINING CENTRE
Our multi-tasking machine, as its name implies, is one of our most versatile CNC flagships. With a dual-spindle lathe and a compound motion turret, this machine is ideal for turned parts which have features with oblique geometry.
This is optimal for threaded couplings, tubular components with angular features or parts containing intricate requirements on both ends. Armed with over 40 different tools, this machine is suitable for medium to high-volume operations.

DOUBLE-COLUMN MACHINING CENTRE
When size matters, our Double-Column 4-axis CNC Machining Centre has the capacity with an incredible work space envelope of 4.2m x 2.0m (13.7ft x 6.5ft). This is thanks to a large gantry that is mounted to two large rolling columns.
Coupled with both vertical and horizontal tool axes, it can also mill from five faces, enabling complete control and boosting efficiency.
As with our other specialist machines, the double-column sports a 50 tool magazine enabling continuous operation.
