PRESS STAMPING

Stamping is arguably the fastest metal manufacturing processes in existence today. With the ability to produce precision components with cycle times in seconds, annual volumes of hundreds of thousands is achievable without compare.

With an incredible range of press machines from 40 tonne to 800 tonne capacity, our work horses have been supporting production since the golden era of Australian manufacturing.

If you have your own production equipment we also harness the knowledge, engineering and software to help develop and design your own press tools.

PRECISION METAL STAMPING

We can press form a range of metal components from delicate electrical components to large heavy duty aftermarket bumper parts whilst maintaining tolerance requirements.

With stamp technology, even small details such as notches, knurled serrations, stamped text or dimples can be included into the final product.

Our press shop only employs the best press machines from Japan including brands such as Aida and Komatsu to ensure consistent and accurate results.

PROGRESSIVE & HEAVY DUTY

Home to one of the largest press machines in the southern hemisphere, our large scale Japanese Aida press machines can form phenomenal parts. Ranging from 600T to 800T, these two-story juggernauts can press some of the most demanding of jobs.

In addition to large components, we also have  the technology to produce parts from progressive or multi-stage press tools. These sequential processes allow production of complex geometry components for cost effective and time efficient solutions.
